Mandatory Advance Payment for Cross‑Border Orders (KSA & Oman)

Purpose

To ensure smooth handling of cross‑border deliveries and safeguard shipping costs, AM Tradez requires full payment in advance for all orders placed outside the UAE (currently applicable to customers in KSA and Oman).

Payment Method

  • Customers can either pay directly via the website at checkout, or they may contact us on WhatsApp, where we will provide our official bank account details for transferring the full amount.

Notes

  • This policy applies exclusively to orders outside KSA and Oman only.
  • Advance payments are refundable only if the customer cancels the order before the package is handed over to the courier.
  • AM Tradez reserves the right to update or amend this policy as required.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

SHIPPING METHOD AND DELIVERY TIME

We offer standard shipping for all orders within the UAE.

  • Standard Shipping:
    Delivery time: 2-3 business days within the UAE.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and public holidays.

SHIPPING RATES

  • A flat shipping fee of AED 16.00 will be applied to all orders within the UAE.
  • Free shipping is not available at this time.

VAT

All product prices on our website include VAT. There are no additional taxes or fees added at checkout for UAE customers.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order by visiting the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.
  • Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays in processing. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at sales@amtradez.com. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
